Woodland Park Schools Host Annual “Souper Bowl of Caring” Food Drive

The Charles Olbon and Beatrice Gilmore Schools in Woodland Park recently concluded their annual “Souper Bowl of Caring – Tackle Hunger” collection drive.
The Charles Olbon School community collected 715 items of non-perishable food and Beatrice Gilmore collected 784 items. The food was donated to the Food Pantry at St. Agnes Church in Little Falls, located at 65 Union Ave., and will benefit those in need throughout the area.
St. Agnes’ food pantry serves area families by providing supplemental groceries to those who cannot afford enough food to sustain themselves and their families. Those wishing to make a donation can do so anytime, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, via a drop box outside the church.
The pantry accepts donations of non-perishable food items such as cereal, peanut butter, canned meats, pasta, canned vegetables, soups, sauce and cat and dog food.
Paper products are also accepted.
