Chair Yoga Class
Get fit where you sit!

Think sitting in a chair is a waste of time? Think again! You can enjoy all the benefits of a mat yoga practice while sitting in a chair or standing & using the chair for balance. Many of these poses can be brought to work with you or done anytime you're sitting on a chair!
On Thursdays, bring light weights with you to help improve bone density. (For your convenience, Thursday class is also offered online.)
So join us to sit, stretch, & strengthen your way to a healthier you!
