A Mindful Approach to Stress Free Living

In this series, Debbie will guide you step by step through a process of techniques called Vipassana which she acquired during a 10-day silent meditation retreat. Vipassana is a form of self-healing because it places focused, conscious attention on each area of the body in a mindful and healing way. You will build up each week through guided meditations which Debbie structured to teach the Vipassana technique. You can use the guided meditations to practice on your own between classes until you have mastered the Vipassana method.
