Floating Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath

 **Held the first Friday of each month. Float on a tapestry of the vibration of Crystal Singing Bowls and Earth Gong, weightless and completely relaxed in a silk hammock, while the sounds resonate around your whole body.  The frequencies surround you with their powerful healing tones to guide you on a journey of self-discovery and inner exploration. This therapy promotes deep relaxation and peace, expansion of consciousness, and helps to balance your body’s energetic system. No experience in yoga or meditation is required. Your preference - you may float in a hammock or lie on the floor on a mat. Please dress in comfortable clothing and bring a pair of socks, as your feet may get cold. Also, you will need to bring a blanket and pillow to wrap around yourself in the hammock or on the mat. **We recommend pregnant women and those with seizure conditions consult their physician prior to attending a sound bath event.
