Bring your wrist and/or ankle weights to this multi-level yoga flow class. The medium pace allows you to settle into a pose before moving, with weights, to add resistance to your practice.

Using weights while practicing tones muscle, improves stamina, & aids bone density.

Class is available in-person or online. Please register on our website or by calling us.
