Japa Mala meditation is a practice that melds touch (through mala beads) with a repeated mantra. Combining deep breathing, sacred sound, the slow steady rhythm of the mantra, and the touch connection induce specific brainwave states to reduce stress and calm the mind.
Bring your own (108) count mala beads, or borrow one of ours for the class.
